Meto Properties
At Meto Properties, we specialise in delivering independent and professional property valuation and real estate consultancy services across South Africa. With over a decade of experience, our expertise spans commercial, industrial, retail, specialised assets, residential, and vacant land valuations.
Founded by Philip Niesing, a Professional Valuer registered without restrictions (SACPVP No. 7/686, AssocRICS No. 6793021), the firm is built on the principle that “not adding value is the same as taking it away.”

Philip brings a unique combination of skills to every assignment, with a background in Town & Regional Planning (8 years, UK) and advanced qualifications in Real Estate (MSc, University of Pretoria). His experience includes expert witness testimony, municipal valuations, asset registers, feasibility studies, highest and best use analysis, and specialised valuations for airports, hospitals, hotels, schools, and industrial facilities.
